Dogging in Buckinghamshire

From the lakes of Milton Keynes to Coombe Hill and Burnham Beeches, the county's best-known dogging spots, with a map for each.

Buckinghamshire stretches from the lakes and linear parks of Milton Keynes down through the Vale of Aylesbury to the beech woods of the Chilterns and the edge of Slough, and there are spots all the way along it. Some are in the parks and woods people come to for a walk, others are quiet lay-bys and country lanes, and a few have been going for decades.

Each spot comes with its own map, and the walk-in ones have a what3words address too. Many of them are busy with walkers and families in daylight, and the notes give the times they come alive. Spots come and go over the years, so treat every one as somewhere to begin.
